"Lovely accomodation with outside patio and shaded area. Cool for the summer and with underfloor heating to take the chill off the tiles throughout the year. A little noisy at night but it didn't spoil our week. The beach is about a 20 minute walk away and there are walks in the forest so you can walk for miles. "As a whole, our experience with the property was stressful, difficult to locate, and our expectations were completely misled from reality. The property is 14 miles outside of the main city center (La Spezia). It took us convincing a taxi driver to drive us the 35 minutes from the train station to the rental.
