Amazing hotel , spectacular views ,food was delicious and the staff were exceptional Book a room with breakfast as probably works out cheaper especially if you don't have a car to get to Barga You can take a shuttle from hotel but only at certain times so this can be limiting.. Taxi service available but expensive if only two of you paying, car hire is very reasonable and you can make the most of the area as lots of places to visit. This is a hostel but I booked a private room - this was an amazing room with a bed downstairs and the main bedroom and bathroom upstairs. It's in an amazing location and the view from my room was great

Wonderful hotel in a quiet street in the heart of Lucca, near the amphiteatro. The rooms are beautifully decorated with frescos, comfortable and with all facilities. Breakfast is a highlight with choices to suit everyone. The staff are friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. One of the best hotels we have stayed in anywhere.

This property is at the heart of Lucca old town. It is a beautuful stylish renovated property with stunning rooms and feels like.a 5 star residence. The staff are exceptional wjth Antonia leading the front reception. All the staff are really helpful and friendly. The food is really great and I enjoyed several breakfasts there. I will definitely be going back to this hotel.

State at home for 3 nights coinciding with the Rolling Stones also being in Lucca. Amazing staff, friendly, and so helpful and also great fun. They could not have done more to make our stay memorable.I

Madame Pucci is a clean b & b in an excellent position in Lucca old town with easy access to the railway station. The host Gabrielle was very welcoming & helpful. It was useful to be able to leave our luggage there after check out to collect later in the day. Our suggestions for improvement would be to change the mattress, it was very soft and not comfortable in our opinion. Also the fruit at breakfast was limited and not the freshest. The location was very central to everything. The hosts were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. A beautiful and authentic Guest house.

Stayed in Apartment, not B&B. Great location, v close to main shopping street, but quiet. Facilities mainly good, but wooden floor very dusty and not all the lights worked. No WiFi in apartment, but available in B&B. Would I stay there again? YES!

A lovely stay in the heart of Lucca! We really enjoyed our stay at Lucca Charm. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Lucca and within easy walking distance of the main sights, restaurants, cafés and shops.
