"I booked for six (4 adults and 2 children), when we arrived they only had accommodation for 4 (1 double bed and 2 singles) however the booking by Expedia confirmed 2 double beds and 2 single beds and accepted the booking for six occupants. "Everything about our stay was excellent. The room was very nice and had everything we needed and we utilized the beautiful spa every day we were there. The location is so convenient, right next to the train station. The breakfast was wonderful and above all the service was above and beyond. One reception staff member even came to the train station with something I had left behind to meet me so I wouldn’t be late. I would highly recommend staying here!"

"Perfect location from the train station, to the main street, surrounding cafés and restaurants, and most importantly, stunning view of the Matterhorn right outside of the hotel itself while you enjoy a nice cup of coffee on the front Terrace. Staff was very accommodating as I had a late check-in. It is certainly walkable from Zermatt HB station. However, I can see this walk can be challenging if you have a lot of luggage with you."
