10/10 Excellent
"Beautifully designed, very well located and well maintained. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room we got had just a single small window which felt a bit weird. No closets was also a bit weird. The Roman bath is amazing, though I do think a sayna/jacuzzi would upgrade the experience. Amazing breakfast!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience very pleasant. A special thank you to Layla, who provided exceptional customer service. While I was waiting in line to check in, I noticed how kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming she was with every single guest. When it was my turn, she gave me the same warm attention and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. Great hotel, great service, and an especially wonderful team. Highly recommended!"

"The staff were really helpful, I was going to arrive late and no one would be at reception but they provided full info on where my room key would be and how to access it. During my stay they couldn't have been more helpful everytime I asked for info. Rooms cleaned everyday and mini toblerones on your bed, yum yum. I saw maintenance ongoing, which is positive, at least they didn't ignore faults in the hotel and keep going while trying to maximise profit at customers expense like many hotel chains do. Great views from my room and good breakfasts everyday. Plenty places to chose for lunch and dinner later in the day if needed."

Six Senses Crans-Montana

Six Senses Crans-Montana

8/10 Good
"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, elegant, and offers everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. What truly makes it exceptional, however, is the staff. Every member of the team showed genuine dedication to ensuring guests have the best possible experience. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding across every part of the hotel. Breakfast was another highlight—beautifully presented, with an excellent variety of high-quality options that should satisfy almost every guest. My only comments concern the room. The view from the premium lake-view room felt more limited than I expected, especially considering the significant price difference. In addition, the air conditioning was not operating during my stay. I understand that the local climate is generally cool, but I still found the room uncomfortably warm until around midnight, and unfortunately the air conditioning did not help at all. Overall, this is an excellent hotel with remarkable service, and I would gladly return. With improvements to the room climate control and clearer expectations regarding the views, the experience would be close to perfect."

"I don't usually write reviews but this one deserves it. The hotel is beautiful, with large rooms and balcony. The staff was simply amazing: they prepared breakfast earlier for the runners participating to the trail event, they were flexible on the check-out time. We loved our stay! We highly recommend Vanessa if you stay in Verbier"

Stay close to the Slopes in Verbier

Without doubt the main thing that draws visitors to Verbier is the snow. The resort is perched on a sunny open plateau surrounded by some of the finest skiing and snowboarding spots in the world. Choosing a hotel in Verbier puts you in a perfect place to explore the Four Valleys ski region, with 250 miles of runs and 89 ski lifts within easy reach. Both beginner and expert winter-sports enthusiasts flock to the slopes during the main ski season, but only the most adventurous take on the challenge of the renowned Mont-Fort black runs. Non-skiers staying in Verbier in winter can try out the six-mile toboggan run, give sledding a go, set off exploring on a snowshoe walk and, of course, make the most of the resort’s bars, restaurants and spas.
