Awful place!!
As the property is being sold we felt the owner lacked interest in it. The garden was awful , very overgrown and you couldn’t use the table and chairs outside as there was so much birds poo it was unbelievable. The loungers were broken as was the washing airer. What you are not told is that there are 19 very steep stairs from the car park to the property, not good if you have trouble walking . The garden isn’t like it is shown on the picture it’s very dark. Inside was Ok a bit dated but clean, good job as we couldn’t go outside . The back door doesn’t lock so every time you went out you had to pull the metal shutter down. Certain things inside needed to be looked at, the cooker hood , grouting around the bath (yuk) and even worse the dirty toilet brush!!! Would I stay here again , no way and no way could I recommend it.

Vacaciones en familia
Bajo con jardin en urbanizacion tranquila con piscina, cerca de un humedal con flamencos y parques infantiles. En coche a 10 min de la playa y de todos lo servicios necesarios. Cómodo, bien amueblado, con mosquiteras, electrodomésticos, aire acondicionado y todo lo necesario en perfectas condiciones. Atencion perfecta. Recomendable.

Muy limpio con menaje suficiente
El apartamento estaba muy limpio y ordenado, el aire acondicionado enfria muy bien, con toallas y sabanas limpias, con detalles de decoración y útiles de cocina suficientes, dejaron un par de bolsas de basura, estropajo nuevo de cocina con bayeta, detergente para platos, pastillas de lavavajillas y spray multiusos, en el baño habia gel de ducha y papel higiénico. Como parte negativa, la cocina es muy pequeña si vas con idea de cocinar en ella, el frigorífico es tambien muy pequeño (cosa que se ve en las fotos) pero es que enfria poco...el congelador lleno de hielo...el jardin ni lo hemos usado, estaba un pelín dejado y había cacas de perro en el césped y lleno de hormigas.

El apartamento, es tal cual las fotos, pequeño pero con todo tipo de detalles. Por poner un "pero", la cocina es muy chiquitita si se quiere cocinar en ella y el frigo escaso. Javier, el propietario, muy atento y responde enseguida a cualquier duda. Repetiriamos.

El alojamiento es excelente, con jardin, con tumbonas y mesas y sillas para comer muy cuidado, se está muy agusto en el. Cocina muy bien equipada y todo superlimpio, y con una piscina que hemos disfrutado un montón.

El alojamiento es impresionante, la ubicación perfecta, la limpieza y el trato con Ramón y Mari exquisito, la zona muy tranquila. Todo estaba mejor que en las fotos de la web. Sin duda volveremos si podemos con más tiempo. Muy recomendable

Zona muy tranquila
El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario y la zona es muy tranquila. La playa de Quitapellejos a apenas 3 km de la casa es una maravilla. La atención de Ramón y Javier han sido excelentes. Totalmente recomendable.

Lo mejor el jardín
Casa pequeña pero con todo lo necesario para dos personas con niño. Limpieza y menaje correcto. Tuvimos un problema con el calentador y Ramón y Mari lo gestionaron a la perfección. A la mañana siguiente teníamos calentador nuevo. La terraza y el jardín son una maravilla, pero sin duda lo mejor la atención de Ramón y Mari. Lo recomendamos para unas vacaciones de tranquilidad y relax
