Check-in proběhl "bezkontaktně", prostřednictvím zaslání potřebných informací pro vstup. Určitou nevýhodou na druhé straně je, že zde není žádná recepce a není zde možné ani ponechat zavazadla. Vhodné spíše pro mladší a méně náročné cestovatele, do pokoje vedou poměrně vysoké a strmé schody. S polohou a vybavením pokoje (samozřejmě je tu klimatizace i lednička) jinak spokojeni. The only problem was that the room had an air conditioner, but no remote was included. No one answered the phone when I called to inquire about getting a remote at around 5:30 in the evening. As it is hot in Venice, that could be a real problem for a lot of guests. Luckily it was not in the dead of summer. Reviews are based on this room, others may be different. We chose this place based on price for 4 people and location. Pros: Convenient to sites, about 8-10minute walk to nearest ferry station. Cons: from the station, the only way to get to the hotel is to walk with minimum two bridges (up/down stairs) to cross. The check in location is separate from the room so you need to go there first if you check in before 15:30. Otherwise, they give you the code to the front door and go straight to the room. WiFi was very bad, very weak and often cutting out. The shower was very small, about 80x80cm so even a small person couldn’t bend down. Shampoo in packets. No cleaning service, no breakfast.
