Francesca walked us directly to the property and showed us how to use the keys to access the apartment. There were only a few stairs to get to the room. Francesca was wonderful and explained the area and how to depart to the train station or airport. The room was nice clean and the bathroom was nice as well. The bed was nice and soft with 4 pillows. The air conditioning worked very nicely so we could keep the windows closed. I would definitely book here again. There was no restocking of coffee or supplies. We were told we could drop our luggage early and after a bit of difficulty were able to reach the host to do so. We were given a key by the cleaner but not told that the front door key was broken. We got it stuck in the lock and had to call for help again. It was a rough start.
