traumhaftes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus war in einem sehr guten Zustand, neu und sehr sauber. Alles war vor Ort (im Preis inkl. HandtĂŒcher + BettwĂ€sche, Waschmaschine, BĂŒgeleisen,...) und kein extra Posten fĂŒr Gas, Strom, Wasser o.Ă€.. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern, Terrasse mit Tisch + StĂŒhlen + 2 Liegen. Viele frei nutzbare Freizeitangebote wie FahrrĂ€der, Tischtennis, Tischkicker, usw vor Ort. Viel GrĂŒn und gut gepflegter Garten um Haus inkl. schattenspendenden BĂ€umen. Vermieter sind sehr sehr sehr nett, gaben viele Informationen und Tipps fĂŒr AusflĂŒge, Tickets kaufen, etc. und waren stets ansprechbar und vor Ort. Supermarkt, Restaurant, Pizzeria etc. gleich in der NĂ€he. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Perfekt fĂŒr Venedig

Schöne saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Vermieter Marco ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, schon im Vorfeld super Tips fĂŒr den Aufenthalt. Man kann sich dort einfach nur wohlfĂŒhlen. Mit dem Bus in 30 min. in Venedig.

Traumhafte Lage auf einem großen GrundstĂŒck. Marco ist sehr hilfsbereit. Einziges kleines Mango ist die Hellhörigkeit zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Top ausgestattet, neu, sauber, gemĂŒtlich! Super gelegen, um Venedig, Padua, Treviso, Chioggia... zu erkunden. Vermieter ist sehr nett, hat viele Tipps, ist super hilfsbereit. Schöner riesiger Garten. WĂŒrde jederzeit wieder hinfahren!

Would love to return in the summer!

We stayed many places on our trip to italy and this was one of our favorites. The bus to Venice was super easy and the property was lovely. Marco lives on the property and was very kind. The cabin was immaculate and modern. The layout and sleeping areas and living room-kitchen-dining area very nice. Only stayed two nights and being winter and off-season, we weren't able to really take advantage of the amenities Marco offers. But I have no doubt this location would be wonderful summer stay!

We had a great time staying on Marco's property. very clean, you have everything you need. great location. the owner Marco is a very nice man and a very helpful guy. we ran in to some difficulties on our trip and Marco was a great help. the property is closed in and very private. very child friendly . the location is perfect if you wish to visit Venice for the day, only a 10-15 mins drive away, also for public transport. Marco has a file placed in each property with a very detailed explanation of how to make your trip a good one. there is also a laundry on the property which makes it very convenient to wash and dry clothes. we will be defiantly be visiting again if we are in Italy again. I would very highly recommend this property.

Optimal pour un séjour familial en Vénétie

Un gĂźte spacieux et bien Ă©quipĂ©? idĂ©alement situĂ© sur les bords du canal de la Brenta et Ă  proximitĂ© d'un arrĂȘt de bus permettant d'atteindre Venise en moins de trente minutes. Le gĂźte est de construction trĂšs moderne et d'une propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable. Il bĂ©nĂ©ficie d'une ouverture vers un vaste jardin. De nombreux Ă©quipements sont Ă  disposition (lave-linge, vĂ©los et siĂšges enfants, des canots, une table de ping-pong et un baby foot°. L'accueil est parfait et la disponibilitĂ© des propriĂ©taires idĂ©ale (et leurs conseils sont des plus judicieux). Le seul bĂ©mol peut venir de la conception architecturale mĂȘme du gĂźte : si une chambre est isolĂ©e du sĂ©jour, la seconde chambre avec mezzanine ne l'est pas complĂštement et est de surcroĂźt exposĂ©e Ă  la lumiĂšre du jour. Il s'agit vraiment de la seule limite, l'expĂ©rience du sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© parfaite et nous ne saurions que recommander ce gĂźte.

Superbe location

La rĂ©sidence de Marco est tout Ă  fait accueillante avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon sĂ©jour (Ă©quipement, cuisine et ustensiles, espaces dedans /dehors). L’étĂ©, le cadre de la rĂ©sidence doit offrir d’autres charmes et commoditĂ©s qui devraient soulager la frĂ©nĂ©sie d’une visite de Venise. Pour les frileux, soyez rassurĂ©s, le logement est parfaitement chauffĂ© (mĂȘme trop pour nous habituĂ©s au froid alpin) En famille, nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© d’avoir notre vĂ©hicule (parking dans la rĂ©sidence) pour nous approcher des transports en communs et des commerces. Les enfants ont apprĂ©ciĂ© la salle de jeux et la compagnie des 2 chiens sympas entre 2 sorties. Il est difficile de trouver des points faibles Ă  cette location.... Merci Ă  nos hĂŽtes.

Ganz große Klasse

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus "Daniela" - im Großraum Venedig - hat Lust auf mehr gemacht. Das Objekt ist neu und exzellent im Ikea-Stil eingerichtet und war ausgesprochen sauber und liebevoll dekoriert. Auch der tolle und große Garten des Anwesens sind positiv hervorzuheben. Inklusive waren die kostenfreie Nutzung von FahrrĂ€dern und Kanus zur Erkundung des Brenta-Kanals. Tolle Ausstattung mit Tischtennisplatte, Kicker, Internet-Notebook und Waschmaschine. Man merkt schnell, dass der sehr freundliche Besitzer Marco das Objekt aus Passion vermietet. Ein ganz großes Lob an Marco und seine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Art. Unseren Urlaub im "Particolari del Brenta" haben wir sehr genossen, danke!

Tolles anwesen. Lage ideal zur Erkundung der Gegend. Anbindung nach Venedig per Bus sehr einfach. Linie fÀhrt meist alle halbe Stunde. Weg zu einem Badestrand am Meer ist allerdings mindestens 40min , nach chioggia. Padua ist auch sehr schön.

IndĂ©pendante des autres locations, spacieuse, moderne, propre et Ă©quipĂ©e d'une climatisation trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©e face Ă  des tempĂ©ratures Ă  plus de 35°. TrĂšs bon accueil de Marco, prĂȘt Ă  rĂ©pondre Ă  toutes nos questions. TrĂšs bon point de dĂ©part pour sillonner la rĂ©gion. Nous avons pris le bus juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la maison pour Venise qui est Ă  20 minutes. Padoue Ă  ne pas manquer. Ballades Ă  vĂ©lo le long de la Brenta pour admirer les villa palladiennes. Excellent sĂ©jour!

Loved the place!

Superbe location

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette location. TrÚs bien située pour visiter Venise (bus à proximité). Location idéale, comme chez soi, de trÚs bon goût, au calme. Il ne manque rien! Agréable jardin, barbecue... Propriétaire trÚs sympa et disponible. Bravo et merci. Je recommande cette location sans hésitation.

Beautiful Home and Property!

We stayed at the standalone house "Danielle". It was virtually new and very well appointed. Marcos was a wonderful host and was quick to assist when needed. The property is beautifully maintained and very peaceful. It's a bit off the beaten path but worth it. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone traveling alone, as a couple or a family. A true gem!
