The room is well decorated and well equipped. The included breakfast is amazing, one of the best. There is a foyer, seating area with bar and a small gym to use. It must be even more gorgeous in the summer months. The staff are brilliant! Christiana helped me with check in and organised a brilliant dinner reservation. are lovely and available for any queries you may have. The hotel location is about 5 minutes walk from the Redentore vaporetto stop. It's a residential area, quiet and probably pretty safe compared with busy parts of Venice. The staff was extremely helpful in organizing a water taxi to and from San Marco airport for us which made getting there very easy! Upon arrival we were greeted by members of the staff who assisted in carrying our luggage. The hotel was incredibly clean and modern and we loved that our view from the room were olive trees! The room was extremely bright, spacious and clean. The hotel was tucked away just enough from the Canal to provide peaceful rest but close enough that within a few minutes we were walking along the Canal with plenty of restaurant options for dinner. In the morning of our departure the staff once again assisted with our bags and waited at the hotels private water taxi dock for our taxi to arrive while my wife and I were able to enjoy an espresso and some breakfast. The only regret we had with Maison Boutique was that we did not have a few more days there! We will definitely be back during our next trip to Venezia! Thank you again for the incredible hospitality.
