The food was delightful, and every meal exceeded my expectations. The only downside was the hairdryer in the bathroom. It was quite awful for a hotel of this caliber. Given the price they charge for the room, I expected a high-quality device, such as a Dyson Styler, instead. The hotel, staff and service were all top notch. From the greeting the moment we arrived to a staff that went above and beyond catering to us, this place was amazing. We lucked out being able to upgrade our rooom to a balcony with a canal view WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!! The location was perfect.
