BAD EXPERIENCE, I Arrived on April 13, spring time, during the day there was hot weather, but the A/C at the hotel was not working. I asked the front desk and they indicated the manager didn't authorize to turn on the A/C. The bad smell of sweat was felt in several places. POOR QUALITY,

The hotel was good and really convenient public transportation options to Venice. The only downside is unfortunately you will see unsavory individuals on roadsides and we even saw folks taking drugs on parking lots nearby. Be a little vigilant as you walk on the neighborhood. The hotel is safe though as everything requires access code or cards.

I liked the the location and how convenient it was to get to the bus station and location. I didn’t like the noise at night and how loud ppl out on the street were.

Nice hostel. Inexpensive but AC was not working well. Laundry was out of service as well. Breakfast was not included in the price of the room.

It has a laundry and cooking facilities. It's not a 5 star hotel but you pay the right price. It was quiet and clean and a huge foyer with plenty of seating and charging stations. Buffet breakfast for the price was reasonable however around the corner is a 2 storey supermarket. Train is a short walk.

New, clean and spacious room. Convenient to transit into Venice. Very good value. The lobby and hallways can be a little noisy for us mature folks. 😊 Definitely a lively atmosphere for the young ones! Overall a great experience that certainly allows for hostel stays to appeal to all demographics.

The place is very brand new from front desk to bedroom. Too many people in the lobby as I thinking there is a party going on but the good news you cant hear anything from your room. As my age I feel the lobby is good for people who like to relax and mingle without going to the bar. There is a small place for the kids which is my kids love about and like to stay. The room is very clean and new. I just hope the garbage can will be more bigger specially in the washroom. But anything else is perfect. I hope they will continue the cleanliness of the place and friendly of all staffs. I like about having a bouncer/security guard in the lobby, i guess to control or make sure people wont make a commotion.

I like the location of the hotel, very close to train stations, very friendly staff. What i didnt like, we stays for 3 nights, not once the housekeeping came clean the room, no fresh clean towels, bed werent made.. no shampoo provided, just body soap. The only thing was given to us were new roll of tissue paper..

Fast check in, safe area but the worst experience using the elevator, they have 2 but only one working and we were no able to use it, we wait around 20 min and was so busy (lines to go in🙈) and ending using the stairs with all our luggage’s 🙈
