"Lovely apartment in central location. Clean, comfortable beds. The only drawback is we had the attic apartment which has a (locked) door leading to the apartment below and from there you can hear every single conversion of the occupants and use of the kitchen. A part from that lovely place and affordable for Venice. "

"It’s a spacious one bedroom apartment for three of us. We stayed in the Master bedroom and our teen boy stayed in the comfort double soft bed located the living room. There is a good size kitchen and lounge areas. Strongly recommended to a family with 2 kids. "

"My party only stayed for 2 nights, so this apartment was adequate for our needs. There is only a/c in the bedroom and nowhere else, so we could not hang out in the living room. It was fine for us because we were pretty much gone all day. Beds were comfortable. Communication was challenging at times as we tried to arrange transportation to and from the airport, but all worked out in the end."

"Centrally located near everything. The unit was a 5-10 minutes walk away from all the major Venice sights. The room was clean but lots of noise from its central location. Dishe cleanliness was not the greatest but otherwise, very clean. It advertises with free wifi but there are none to be found in the unit which affected my confort rating. Lots of planning goes in those trips nowaday, requiring reliable internet connection. There's no front desk as it is located 5-10 minutes away!"

"Francesca was a fabulous host! She communicated via Whatsapp app. She sent her assistant to meet us at water taxi who was very helpful getting us to the apartment and showing us around the apartment. It's in a nice area and convenient to everything!"

"Booking process was seamless and a property Mgr met us right on time to guide us to the apartment. The apartment is a good size, particularly for Venice. You have easy access to Sam Marco, Dorsoduro and other areas of Venice. The apartment was clean and the kitchen is modern and very functional. We had a great two evenings in Venice."

"Easy walking access to everything Venice has to offer. The location is charming, pedestrian, and uniquely Venusian. The hosts were very good communicators and offered information that I didn’t even know I needed.. and reflecting back that was so critical to our arrival and departure planning. "The hotel apartment is very spacious and close to water bus line #1 Academia stop which makes commute to and from Venezia San Lucia train station a breeze. The apartment is like the photos and within 15 minutes walk to Rialto Bridge or Saint Mark’s Square. We will definitely stay at San Vino Palace Luxury Apartment again. "

"We arrived on waterbus from the airport and it was a short walk to the appartment. It is a beautiful and relaxing space filled with very interesting art and overlooks the canal. But, it is so well placed! You are in the quieter part of Venice with lots of great restaurants around. You can then dip into the busier parts of Venice as and when you feel like it! Very cool!!"

"Beautiful apt with windows opening onto canal. Needed better instructions on how to enter codes at gate and doors. Need instructions on how to operate washing machine and more space to hang clothes. Absolutely need GPS to find your way to this apt. We walked, with luggage, to apt but beware you go up and down lots of stairs on the way there. "
