"I LOVED this hotel! It’s beautiful & peaceful boutique retreat in the center of Old Port but wonderfully tucked away down a small pedestrian alley providing a peaceful environment with all the convenience. The staff were warm, attentive and friendly at both the front desk and the restaurant. The food at the restaurant was fantastic…not to be missed! I stayed in room 102 which was a bit nicer lay out than my friends room who was in 101"

"Great location in the heart of Chania. Well isolated and relatively quiet room at night considering it’s on a lively street. Comfortable bed and nice shower. It wasn’t always clear when the reception is available in person, the hours seemed random? but we could reach them via WhatsApp."

"We had a great stay at SanSal Boutique Hotel! The location was amazing—very convenient for exploring Chania and within easy walking distance of the Old Town and harbor. The staff was excellent, always friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was also really great with a nice selection each morning. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and a perfect base for our trip to Crete. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"The bed was so comfortable and we really appreciated the air conditioning and fridge. The bathroom was also very spacious with a bathrobe, slippers and beach towels and bag. The breakfast was delicious and we were able to get a packed breakfast for an excursion which was very convenient. It is very central but very quiet inside the bedroom. The staff was very helpful and gave us useful recommendations. I highly recommend it and would love to stay there again in the future!"
