"The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very close to Old Town Chania so you can get there in a short walk but have the benefit of a quieter neighborhood and still a nice view of the Mediterranean."

"This hotel was nice and the rooms were quite modern. We had the two bedroom. The check-in was fine at the other property and a young man helped us roll our bags to the second property. The bed was just OK. It was a terrible. It wasn’t great. There was a lovely veranda on our floor. We were room six, but we were never told about it. We just discovered it on our last night and never got to go out there and have a coffee or a glass of wine. There was no service out there, but it would’ve been nice to buy a bottle of wine and people watch on the Venetian Harbour out there. So that was a disappointment and a place for the hotel could do better for the people staying in the secondary property the view wasn’t great from room six it was an alleyway with residential buildings around. They are quite responsive in the lead up to our stay through Expedia messaging and then they gave us a phone number to send WhatsApp messages and they confirmed for us that there were some nearby beaches and beach bars, and restaurants open for us to do a little trip out of the town. If you are OK with kind of a self serve feeling, we would recommend the hotel, but we had just come from a luxurious five star resort with many many amenities so there was a bit of a contrast there for those with mobility issues the stairs up to the suites are quite steep and old-fashioned so it may not be suitable for everybody."

"we absolutely LOVED our stay at the Hilton Chania. The corner room we had with sauna and sea views was so incredible that we changed our flights to stay an extra night. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the location was very conveniently located close walking distance to the main town along the water. The sunsets from the roof top bar were insanely gorgeous and the outdoor and indoor pool were perfect for sunny and rainy conditions. We can't wait to come back!!! Thank you for making our trip memorable!!"

"Very nicely place to stay! Lovely room. And pleasant staff. Breakfast was good but hot breakfast was cold, including coffee, both days. I’d recommend Malmo but huge warning about our most difficult challenge … parking!!! Of course old town is obviously difficult but it was so much worse then expected and took away from our trip, as we were only allowed to park a maximum of four hours in 24 hour period so we had to take our chances not to be ticketed cause we ran out of parking options driving around the city. The frustrating part was the hotel. Staff was not helpful in recommendations or knowledge of parking at all, which was quite a surprise. I would think that they would be more informed and more helpful in this regard."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, right on the edge of the Old Town, 5 minutes walk from the harbour. Had a very good superior room, with balcony, on the top floor (4th) facing the old town with the sea in the distance. The room was fairly basic, but clean, with a good bed and bathroom. The swimming pool area was better than in the photos , and pleasant enough to spend time lounging around. The inclusive breakfast was very good, with a wide range of hot and cold options to choose from. The bus station is 20 minutes away, and offers good routes to other towns and beaches. I would definitely stay again."

"We had an excellent, if short, stay. The hotel should really be 4 stars, hands down. Room (suite) was impecable, great furnishings and bedding, staff accommodating and free parking very convenient. The location is as best it can be, right in the harbor, with magnificent views. The only place we will consider if we return to Chania."

The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with a great selection to start the day, and everyone we met was genuinely lovely and friendly. The warm hospitality really made our stay extra special. Everything was wonderful, from the location to the service and the overall atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for more! Definitely a 5-star experience — highly recommended! We would happily stay here again. 🌟"
