"Hi, everything was great. We realised that after checking in that the kids pool was closed. That said there were other pools that my daughter enjoyed instead. Pool temp could also been a bit warmer. We were able to take out the free bikes to explore jesolo which was great! Room size was a bit small for the price. Otherwise the service, breakfast, drinks were all top notch. "

"I stayed here only for a matter of hours (waiting for an early morning flight). The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally kind and friendly - that was the biggest takeaway for me. "Whilst the accomodation (mobile home) smelt clean on arrival and is relatively new compared to other units we experienced bed bugs/flea bites. The video online is not a true likeness of the site. It is very run down and the overall facilities are very old. The majority of staff were very friendly but this is not a 4 star site. It is closer to 2 stars."
