Every thing was wonderful and you can't fault the staff

Room was clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and a good value for what we paid. Quick walk to the bus station which took us right into the main area of Venice.

conveniently close to St Mark’s square, u have to go thru a bridge to get the hotel. accessible to everything. 5 mins away fr San Marco Giardenetti Vaporetto stop. hotel lobby and breakfast being served is superb, lots of variety. Room we had was 308 needs some renovating, dim light but bathroom is clean with good water pressure

Room was very clean..The staff very friendly and helpful..The location is amazing directly across from train station..Only 2 stops into Venice main station .

The hotel room was lovely-spacious, clean and luxurious. The staff incredible and the location ideal for exploring. Will book again for certain.

Pretty lobby. Comfy beds. Wifi a little spotty. Restaurant closes at 10 for late arrives but great pizzeria across the street.

Friendly staff who really listened to my requests and accommodated me as best as possible, plentiful and fresh breakfast. I like that the chambermaid noticed that I had propped up my pillow with a blanket and placed an extra pillow there. I usually ask for a 2nd pillow but it was quite late and I decided a blanket would suffice. Further to the pillows, they were too much on the hard side for me though!.
