The 90 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living area, a washing machine, and 4 TVs. A cot is available on request.



    The private outdoor area includes a swimming pool (available from June), garden, open terrace, covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower.



    There are 3 parking spaces available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Groups of young people are not permitted. The Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. The property has no interior steps. Doors are wide and easily accessible. The pool is open from May to September.



    Bed linens are included. Please note that during your stay, government regulations regarding water may apply, which could affect pool use, garden watering, or limit tap water usage.
