"The Zaan Hotel was an ideal place to stay for our trip to Amsterdam. The room was modern. Our group all slept well as the beds comfortable. The hotel was very clean across the board, including the small but well equipped gym. We found the staff friendly and helpful. The walk to the nearby station is very short (2mins) has direct trains to Amsterdam which takes around 20mins. In order to watch the TV we streamed content from our smartphone. There was convenient parking adjacent to the hotel. Whilst the surroundings of the hotel lacked character, the centre of Zaandam was only a 10 minute walk away and had numerous bars and restaurants."

"This was stop from Canada to Africa It was great place to see stuff ( transportation) staff were great as we had to add an extra night, they made it happen The first night the fire alarm went off, but that is not EasyHotel fault and I was glad it worked!"

"Breakfast was basic, but great to have to start the day. Staff were absolutely wonderful and helpful. Amenities were very close and the train was a short walk to visit near by cities. Room was clean and had AC. I would absolutely stay here again, it was far more enjoyable than my stay in Amsterdam and much more affordable!"

"Staff were very helpful in arranging transport and allowing me to use dining room cutlery, the only complaint is that the pool/gym closes at 9:30pm but overall wonderful, very easy commute into amsterdam centraal or rotterdam centraal and present on all stops on the train line going this way, unlike zandelijk zaans schans, for example."

"Great location just off the motorway with free parking. Walk into town was about 20 minutes which was great after a long drive. Staff very friendly and lovely and spacious rooms. Hoorn is a lovely town."
