"Ok; let me be super real- this is a motel, in a not so great area of Duncan. There are transient people around and you feel a little iffy. However! Big however- the property felt safe, the room that we were in had been renovated with hardwood floors, and while it was older ish, it was clean. The beds were very comfy, the sheets were crisp white, and though there was a lingering smell when you first walked in of “older building” smell, it went away pretty quick. I paid $225 for two nights over the weekend for a hockey tournament and I would actually stay again. There was a mini fridge, and the shower was the bomb. The shower was SO good. lol. My husband had 7 just because of the pressure. The curtain was also clean which isn’t always the case. The staff was friendly, and the one worker shoos away people that she knows don’t belong there. I’m giving it a good rating because you are getting what you pay for, but tbh it was actually much much better than we thought it would be. I was happy and pleasantly surprised."
