Excellent location in a nice neighborhood that was close to everything you may need. The house itself was excellent. Had everything we needed and was able to make breakfast with the tools provided, which made the mornings easier. There was ample off-street parking. We enjoyed our 4 night stay in Vancouver, which was very full, so it was nice to return in the evening to a place that felt like home away from home.

It was very Noisy. They didn’t mention that the basement divided between Airbnb and a regular renting room. I couldn’t sleep from the sound coming from upstairs that including the dog and the walking. Then the noise from the neighbour, that renting the room beside me. They were making very aloud sounds at 3am on Monday. I have a video of that. I had to knock the wall very hard to stop them. The other issue is they don’t let you park on their driveway, only on the street and always No parking close to the place. I had to park my rental car 3-4 blocks and walk at night. It was inconvenient and unsafe for a single woman especially at night.

Good place and price, just maybe a clear sign for the entrance in the dark night could have been more helpful
