Good stay, easy check in. Large room with great washroom and attached patio balcony with room. Some feedbacks - bathtub jacuzzi was not working in my stay, thermostat was not functioning too and balcony patio was completely unfinished so couldn’t sit there and enjoy the view. Apart from that, good stay, value for money.

Street parking was pretty easy, host was responsive when I reached out about something, space was nice but very limited use of kitchen so don't count on having real access to a kitchen for meal planning during your stay, is roughly a half hour drive from Vancouver and is a pretty easy drive

Property was as listed - it is a huge private room with an attached washroom and walk in closet. However they don't list that you ALSO have a patio attached to the bedroom which was nice to sit out on. The room was adequate for our one night stay.

Room was not ready for 3pm check in as it still needed to be cleaned. Once we checked in the room was not very clean. Old shampoo bottles in the shower, old luffa balls, no towels hung, sheets look very worn, long black hairs would get caught in our toes when walking on the carpet, no tv in the room for any entertainment, and the bathtub did not work which was false advertisement. The entire house has a very ethnic smell that will over power someone with sensitivity. People in the house were nice but loud at times. Thanks for the hospitality but there needs to be some actions taken to make it desirable for other renters. Cheers.
