Out of respect for the neighbors, avoid the noise at night from 10 p.m. 6 people foreseen by the classification of furnished tourism, more possibilities with convertible, 150m² on two floors. Maximum 11 people. Ground floor: living room with fireplace of 20m², living room serving as kitchen, 30m² facing west. Sleeping upstairs: a bedroom of 18m2 with double bed (140), a bathroom and WC, an independent shower, a bedroom of 17m2 with 2 beds (90), large room of 24m2 with two beds (convertible 140 and bed old 120), room with double bed and child's bed 18m2, attic furnished with two old beds (120). In winter central heating powered by a pellet stove, power 13kw. Access from the east, courtyard with green space; old covered bread oven, south facing, with table and barbecue. To the north, passage to the private vegetable garden, adjoining meadow. To the west, terrace, patio, view over the valley, deckchairs and garden furniture. Attention, trois chambres sont en enfilade (pas forcément gênant mais c'est mieux de le savoir), les serviettes de toilette n'étaient pas fournies et un ménage (succinct) était attendu avant le départ. It was far below what we’ve experienced in past vacation rentals. It was remote and rustic bordering on dilapidated. The main problem, however, was an infestation of house flies and ants, swarming in the kitchen at times. The host vacuumed up the ants the first night and then brought some fly paper and an ant trap two days later which unfortunately did little to mitigate the problem. We did our best to get through the four nights by staying out of the house most of the day and eating dinner outside. However, the fourth night was the worst when the insects migrated upstairs to one of the bedrooms where two kids were staying and the only real bathroom. Luckily that was our last night. I would have left earlier if not for my optimistic friend, although the last night broke her interest in the place. The host was friendly at times although not effective in dealing with the infestation. I was disappointed in her response to my request for kitchen and bathroom soap as there were a few nearly empty bottles and used soap bars on our arrival. In my many previous vacation rental stays these were provided. The host responded by saying she had never once been asked for these items by a guest and then proceeded to to tell us how overwhelmed she was by her other property projects. It would have been sufficient to say these items are not provided. It made me less confident in her good will which you don’t really want to have to deal with during previous vacation time. Nous avons passé 5 jours dans la maison de Françoise, plusieurs couples et des amis + 1 enfant et 1 chien. L'accueil était super : simple et efficace ! La maison dispose d'une très grande cuisine qui permet de cuisiner à plusieurs facilement, elle a tout le matériel nécessaire (si ce n'est la cafetière à piston qui était cassée, mais nous nous sommes débrouillés sans problème avec le filtre à café et une carafe). Les chambres ne sont pas fermées et deux d'entre elles sont un passage pour accéder aux chambres suivantes, il faut le savoir ! pour quelques jours ça ne pose pas de souci. La vue est magnifique, quelque soit le point de vue : des chambres, de la cuisine, même de la baignoire ! De nombreux livres se trouvent dans toutes les pièces, sur des sujets très variés. Les quelques contacts avec Françoise ont tous été très agréables et nous serons heureux d'y séjourner à nouveau si nous en avons l'occasion ! ##### Noémie A. The property could not have suited our young family more perfectly. We relished in watching the kids tip toeing around the garden, hunting for a peek at the baby chicks, or a glimpse of the horses. Francoise was an incredible host as well. She was attentive, warm amd welcoming, all while giving us plenty of space to settle in and get our own feel for the area. We later got a chance to sit down with her, forming deeper connection over common interests and sips of wine. The property itself has a rich history as well. My wife and I were captivated by Francoise’s storytelling. What a spectacular and fascinating woman. We will surely be back to visit Francoise in the future. ##### ian m. Françoise et son mari Claude nous ont accueillis de manière très humaine. Ils nous ont témoigné d'une grande attention qui a contribué au bien être des personnes qui se sont senties bien. Le repos et le calme de cette maison est incroyable. Elle est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et a un cachet qui n'est que le reflet de ces hôtes. Le chat Chabada contribue au charme de cette maison qui a tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer quelques jours dans cette très belle région du Jura.
