Svært skuffende opphold – renholdet var ikke akseptabelt
Vi hadde dessverre en veldig dårlig opplevelse på Aqua House. Allerede da vi kom inn på rommet reagerte vi på renholdet. Badet var skittent, med mye smuss, kalk og skitne fuger, og rommet fremstod rett og slett ikke som ordentlig rengjort.
Da vi så under sengen, fant vi store mengder støv og skitt, søppel og det som så ut som tabletter/piller etter tidligere gjester. Vi reiste med barn, og dette synes vi var spesielt ubehagelig og uakseptabelt.
Vi tok bilder og kontaktet resepsjonen. De tilbød oss et annet rom, noe vi satte pris på, men dessverre var det nye rommet i omtrent samme tilstand. Vi valgte derfor å avbryte oppholdet og finne et annet sted å bo.
Vi betalte ca. 10 600 kr for oppholdet og fikk ca. 8 500 kr refundert, + at vi måtte betale for den ene natten vi lå der.

Exceptionally clean property. My apartment was very modern and appeared brand new. 2 bedrooms, one queen one single, with living room and modern kitchen with dining table. Everything you would need for cooking and eating. The bathroom was nice with washer. The hotel also has a laundromat with dryers if needed. Exceptionally fine property about a 10 minute walk to Old Town center. Try to go to the Baltic philharmonic if you are there for one of their season’s performances. It too is close by. My stay included breakfast which was delivered each morning at 7:30 AM and was very good. I would recommend it since the property has no restaurant. Be advised that this is a self check-in property. Watch for message from the property for your check-in code.
