"Semaine très sympa en famille (12 personnes dont 6 ados), remonté mécanique du moulin à proximité, plus possibilité de laisser les skis au loueurs juste en dessous, navette fréquente (toutes les 20 minutes à 50 mètres du chalet). Seul petit bémol la navette le soir ne fonctionne pas, si non le top !"

"Our family (2 adults, 2 children) spent 2 weeks in this apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of apce for all of us, along with our belongings. There is shops, restaurants, cafes, bakery, tourist office directly outside the apartment building. Linen and towels can be hired from reception and internet access can be paid for online. "Apartment just like on the pictures. Good size for 2 adults and 1 kids. 2 kids would be okay but no more than that. Not too much storage. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Appliances such hairdryer, raclette grill, fondue are available upon request at the front desk. Spa/jacuzzi is a plus. Red slopes is few feet from the lodging pretty frozen at 9am but that’s the only way if you don’t want to walk 6-7 min"

"Super friendly staff - and valloire is a beautiful town! Didn’t realise it was not a regular hotel so making beds after a long flight was not really fun... 400euro deposit which we found expensive compared to other hotels during our euro trip... also took ages to come back to our card which took a chunk from our budget. Had to clean and vacuum the room after stay too... Great little unit but more like a holiday pet than a hotel... Staff made the stay worth while however !!! "

"Great location at the top of the resort. Apartment was overall nice, beds very uncomfortable, we had to use all the blankets to lay on!! Staff helpful. Didn’t use pool as no time! Beware of all the hidden extras when booking- extra for towels, Wifi, end of stay cleaning, tv (don’t buy as all french shopping channels!) Comfort pack including all this was €129 for the week. "

"On est allé pour faire de le ski, et nous avons une très belle expérience. Juste à côté des pistes (5 min à pied). La maison est correcte, au niveau d’espace et propreté. La piscine n’est pas trop grande, mais elle suffit pour un petit bain après le ski. On a trouvé le personnelle très attentif et gentil. "

"The details of the hotel on Expedia were misleading when I booked.The details have been changed on Expedia since. A jacuzzi and swimming pool were advertised.No charge was mentioned for use of the jacuzzi. When I arrived I was told that the jacuzzi costs €6 per 20 minutes per person and must be booked in advance. Swimming pool and spa room are cold. Jacuzzi and swimming pool are in an apartment block down the road. There was no mention of a fee for cleaning the apartment. If you chose to not...
