Jeremy was very good at communicating and the position of the chalet was excellent for the ski lift.However in the chalet we found at least 20 bed bugs in the beds. So we didnt stay. Jeremy was very apologetic and issued a full refund that day. I am sure that he will fully fumigate the place but ...

Excellent stay. We stayed in a junior suite and it had lots of room and space. Really comfortable bed and great amenities. We used the handy lockers located by the gondola to ski every day of our stay.
