Villa Sunset Bay Pool Sardinia: Private heated pool with jacuzzi

A beautiful new villa with a heated pool for guests’ exclusive use, featuring a waterfall, counter-current swimming, and a hot tub, located in Valledoria (SS), in the heart of the northern coast—a strategic location for both travel and easy access to the town centre, which is just 500 metres away. <br>The villa is a standalone property (not part of a residence), newly built, on a single level, and consists of 2 bedrooms, both overlooking the pool: one with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, and the other with 3 single beds or one double bed and one single bed (please specify your preferred bedroom configuration after booking). It also features an additional full bathroom, a living room with a sofa and a 50-inch TV, an open kitchen equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven, dishes, etc.), and a convenient laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. New and stylish furnishings, TV, and air conditioning in all rooms, plus free Wi-Fi. There are two outdoor areas: one very spacious area featuring a pergola with a dining area and barbecue, and another private area with a wonderful heated infinity pool (during the summer months from June to September 15, it is not mechanically heated, as the warm Sardinian sun takes care of that), complete with a waterfall, hydromassage, and counter-current swimming, an outdoor shower, a sitting area, and lounge chairs where you can enjoy the sun. The villa can accommodate 5 people (additional beds can be added upon request and subject to availability) and features all the amenities. Bed linens, towels, and a parking space are provided free of charge to guests. All windows and doors are equipped with mosquito screens.
