"Probleme beim Einchecken. Die verantwortliche Person glaubte der Buchung über ebockers nicht. Wir mussten nochmals direkt bezahlen. Beim Ausckecken gab es ziemliche Diskussionen. Wir hatten ja doppelt bezahlt. Schlussendlich wurde uns der überzählige Betrag bar zurückerstattet. Generell war das Personal Desinteresse t und sehr unaufmerksam. "We stayed at the Torra for 4 nights. The hotel was impeccable with many small details that we appreciated-coffee machine, beach towels, sun umbrella and loofa sponges. We booked last minute so it was quite expensive however for the area (remote and not close to anything). The personnel were great and responsive. The only improvement we would propose is to have better internet and sign in process. The speed was quite slow and the system was set up where we had to sign in every day and go through...

"What an extraordinary property. This beautiful and ancient stone house in the mountains is brimming with character. The rooms are beautiful and quirky in the very best of ways. The views are dramatic and exquisite. The owners are lovely people and made us very welcome. Breakfast was a feast of lovely pastries, bread, preserves and muesli type cereals. I cannot recommend this place enough and I'm sure that we will come back here again. "

"The hotel has a nice atmosphere. Very friendly personnel, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Hotel is not too big, so everything is very personal. Rooms are not very big, but always very clean. A bit more variety at breakfast would have been nice (exactly the same selection for almost two weeks), but a great pizza at the adjoining beach bar made up for that."
