Piacevole soggiorno a Corte

Casa d'epoca con bella e ampia camera. Buona la colazione e tutti molto gentili. Il padrone è molto simpatico chiacchiera volentieri con gli ospiti. Il centro città è raggiungibile anche a piedi. La cittadina di Corte è piacevole e piuttosto animata (venerdì sera).

A lovely stay

A warm welcome at this family-run B&B. The room was basic but spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable and was perfect for our short stay. There is no lift so be prepared for a climb if in one of the upper rooms. There is no in-room kettle or coffee maker but there is a small kitchenette at the top of the house with a fridge, kettle and coffee. There is wi-fi but we had trouble connecting to it. The double glazed windows which give good views over the vineyard and the town also keep out the traffic noise from the nearby roads. The walk into town is not too far and is worth exploring. Antoine shares his time with the guests while at breakfast or when eating the delicious evening meals prepared by his wife. Much of the food is home-grown or home-made and the wine is also produced by the family. You leave feeling as a friend of the family

On ne peut que conseiller!

Une très belle demeure et une chambre spacieuse. Nous avons pu garer nos voitures à l'ombre alors qu'il faisait très chaud. Ce n'est pas négligeable. Le petit déjeuner est pris juste à côté de superbes vignes (en tant que Bourguignon, on sait que c'est toujours agréable) mais aussi de la route Bastia-Ajaccio dont nous pouvons vite faire abstraction! Le seul bémol du séjour, et il reste mineur, fut le petit déjeuner au soleil car les places à l'ombre étaient toutes prises (ce qui se comprend vu la chaleur ce jour-ci). Très bon petit déjeuner sans être trop copieux. Très bon accueil!

Heel aangename gastheer. Mooi domein maar toch dichtbij centrum voor iets te gaan eten. Lekker, coronaproof ontbijt. Goeie wifi. Enigste nadeel is de slechte geluidsisolatie. Je hoort echt alles wat er in de andere kamer gebeurt.
