Étang de Diane

Un super séjour Tout a été très bien Personnel chaleureux Mention spécial au chef pour son omelette du matin

Our room had a view of harbor and sea. No balcony, Staff was super friendly and helpful. Close walk to old town.

Our first impression of Le Carre Noir was breathtaking. The drive up was dramatic, the view spectacular. The staff were cordial but we were offered no help with our bags and the key card system was down when we arrived. The rooms were very nice and the pool was beautiful, though we never saw anyone there. At first we had sticker shock from the price but as our vacation went on we realized that Corsica is just one expensive place to be. The location was great in that we were close to some of the finest beaches anywhere, but, otherwise, there is nothing else in the vicinity, as the hotel is in the middle of an enormous complex of residential cabins.
