"Great property to stay and very convenient location."

"Folks at reception (Alejandro, Daniela, Valentina) are outstanding. Kitchen, bedroom, living room are great. Bathroom has a few issues: faucet is very short, showerhead waterpressure low, and the hot water tank is tiny. More than two people can’t shower in a row, you’ll run out of hot water."

Check in experience was amazing as Host stayed in touch through WhatsApp and provided all the help that we need (even the local info about transport etc). Sent a message about extra items and they were delivered right away. Apartment and building both are very modern with top class cleaning. As a family, we felt very safe and enjoyed the location as it was very central. Would highly recommend for families and couples. "

"Amazing downtown location. Staff was most helpful. Highly reccommend. Word of caution, parking is very small spaces and difficult. Best not to have a vehicle. Google maps also wants to direct you into no driving zones."

"The property actually exceeded my expectations. I assumed that the extra sleeping was only on a pullout sofa, which would’ve been terrible… But there was a loft with two beds above, so our unit could sleep easily for people comfortably and maybe a fifth. There was not a toaster oven, which was a disappointment. But otherwise there was the typical small European shower and kitchenette."

"This was the second time I have stayed and it is a really nice hostel. The only annoying thing is that you can only go out on the terrace which it's attached to while the cleaning ladies are there in the morning, which seems like such a waste of a nice outdoor space to enjoy."

"Heat and wifi didn’t work "

"One block from Valencia train station but nestled in the residential corner. Room is spacious and lately built. We check in on Sunday afternoon so only one staff was there. She was busy talking on the phone and handling my check-in simultaneously. Don’t feel warm welcome but this is what you got a lot theses days so no complains. Hotel parking garage is super tight and if you are unlucky to meet two way traffic. You require a good skill to yield your car around to let other cars out of garage....

"A great little apartment in Valencia and only about 10-15 minutes walk away from the centre. There was lots of space, it was clean and had basically all the amenities we needed. "

"Receptionist: Horrifying. Noisy. Ground level, street side. No windows. Nightmare. Old, rough looking. Closest: no hangers. No safety box. Wifi: only worked in certain areas of apartment. I want a partial refund. They are aware about my complaints. "

"Right in the heart of centre apartment was clean and modern. Complimentary water and toiletries. Managed through cosmo hotel near by where reception staff provided codes at check in. Housekeep every 3 days which would of preferred 2 for towels "

"Visuale dall appartamento bellissima direttamente sulla spiaggia ma sfortunatamente con aspetti negativi. Odore molto sgradevole nel bagno, piano per cucinare impossibile da usare. Dopo 30 min la pentola di acqua ancora non bolliva! Devo dire che abbiamo prenotato l appartamento per 4 persone e nn ho trovato il secondo letto preparato e non c erano le coperte! Alla mia richiesta avevano detto che sarebbero venuti il giorno dopo a portarle ma mai visto nessuno! Nel complesso comunque...

"Dulce communicated so well with us. A very detailed email came well in advance to our trip, which is much appreciated. She made everything so easy for us. Taxi and aquarium tickets were purchased in advance for us. There are several markets and restaurants within walking distance. Public transportation lines were also only minutes away. The unit itself was very nice. Everything was super clean, plenty of linens and towels. I would stay there again."
