"The breakfast was buffet style breakfast, hot food (sausages, scrambled eggs, beans, tomatoes, crispy potatoes, black pudding) pastries, toast, bread, cereals, continental style meats and cheeses. The room was clean and spacious, bath with shower. Slept really well. Room was warm, although if I'd had a look at the thermostat I'm sure it would've been fine. Even though the hotel is on a busy street and roundabout. You'd never know, so quiet. Staff really freindly and helpful. Close to the trian station and 10 minute walk to the Bullring"

"Fantastic hotel and location. Majority of staff were exceptional. We did however leave a shopping bag from our trip in the room by accident and remembered on the train home. We called the hotel and said we would come back the next day to see if they put it aside from housekeeping but unfortunately it wasn’t found. Staff at reception were very helpful with this incident. Overall great hotel but remember a final sweep before you leave! "

"Basic room but clean, tidy and good value for the price. Centrally situated and very near New Street station, bus stops, shops and restaurants."

"Location was exceptional; lovely club lounge with a tea and coffee bar. The breakfast was good but very expensive if not included in the room rate. I will definitely stay here again."
