Spent three days at the Neptuno hotel. Glad we chose this location. Right on the beach, 200 metres from the port and various bars. Pedal bike hire is also outside the hotel and the surrounding area is very cycle-friendly with lots of routes.

I arrived late, just needed to get my head down on a comfortable bed and enjoy a nice shower in the morning. Perfect.

Clean and friendly hotel

excellent all round, very easy to walk to Hemisferic and the Marine aquarium and abut a 45 min walk to either the Historic centre or the Marina. We hired bikes one day from Easy Bike which is moreorless opposite Intelier Core suites and they were fabulous. The bike lanes in Valencia are superb. Staff at the property were fantastic and cleanliness was excellent. Just wouldbe liked the pool to be heated as it was too cold to use.

The apartments are lovely. Very well equipped, nice and modern and airy and comfortable. Perfect when travelling with a baby. Staff very friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that one of the reasons we booked this apartment not our usual hotel was because of the lovely bar which features in all the promo photos. We were obviously therefore disappointed to find out that it’s not there anymore. It was Sunday afternoon and we had no food and had planned on eating in the bar. I think you...

A great hotel, lovely staff and a great location. Good for running, seeing the city and for great food nearby. The roof terrace is also a great option for chilling.

We stayed here for 5 nights, and thoroughly enjoyed it from the moment we arrived. The staff were thoughtful and helpful, always attentive without being overbearing. Our room was large, clean, very comfortable and stylish. The night we decided to have dinner in the restaurant it was a set menu only, but we were far from disappointed as the food was superb.
