The room set up was perfect for my family, with my parents in the primary bedroom, and my husband, child, and I in the second room with the bunk. We didn't mind not having laundry in house, but nearby. We also practice no TVs in the bedrooms at home, so this was not a problem. What did throw us off was that the bathtub and shower are elevated about 10 inches off the ground... I'd suggest adding a grab handle to make getting out of bathtub or shower easier and safer. Overall, we'd definitely return, because this place fit our needs perfectly.
