"Fantastic location for skiing. About 50 yard walk to slopes. There is groomed path behind home to ski back to doorstep! Very clean and modern. Easy to use thermostat, TV's , coffee maker, all appliances working . Plenty of hot water for our party of 8. Tons of space for all including our dogs! Nice homey touches, beds were great, towels fluffy. Hot tub just steps away and clean and hot! Terrific neighborhood with no issues parking. Free shuttle to Beaver Creek Village, simple to use and timely!...

"Super fantastic accommodations. Truly thought of everything you could need when needing a home away from home for vacation. Location was great- we did have a rental car but it was very conveniently located. Layout was just perfect with 3 bedrooms on entry level and family gathering spaces, master bedroom and an extra powder room upstairs. Thank you for letting us enjoy this amazing home away from home!"

"First, this is a nice house with a nice layout of four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The mattresses were comfortable. The condo was clean. However, we had some issues with check-in and housekeeping that we didn’t expect given the rental fee and cleaning charge. Three of beds were not made when we arrived. The hosts sent someone over to make them. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize until bedtime that there were no top sheets on the three beds she made. Also, the thermostat automatically turned down...

"The amenities of this property are 5 star!! I am already trying to book for next year!! I am a single mom w/2 kids under the age of 10 & I will say it’s not big, but that is advertised, I just want to point that out to a family, b/c I think it would have been crowded for a family of 4 with an additional adult in the room. Bathroom is very large, & convenient to have a micro & mini fridge!"

"We've been to Beaver Creek every year since the Hyatt opened in 1990. If you care about luxury ski in ski out access to the best first tracks on the mountain, this is the best place to stay. Beth's house is great, and within the Village Walk development it has the best location. It's less big/luxurious as the 5 bedroom units, but those are now astronomically priced and very few are for rent anymore. The host and property manager are both extremely responsive and accommodating"

"We were very appreciative for an early check-in after our 16 hour drive from WI. The location can't be beat. 5 minutes from Beaver Creek and 15 minutes from Vail. The house itself is extremely spacious and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub, x-box, and foose ball table. We misunderstood the posting and thought we were on the skier shuttle bus line, but it worked out fine driving to the Beaver Creek Bear parking lot. Great rental. We hope to be back again!"

"Beautiful property with a very well appointed kitchen, tons of spices, olive oils, and other essentials ready for use. The main living room area is super comfortable, downstairs living room and kitchenette is very convenient, playstation 4 included in case you have kids, and the private jacuzzi was the icing on the cake. Plenty of towels, paper towels and toilet paper, etc.. We had a small contained leak in the water heater closet but management was very responsive and sent someone over to fix...

"Overall the house was awesome, it was very clean and fully stocked with everything you would want or need. It is not ski in, ski out as advertised. You had to walk several hundred yards to ski out, and new construction up the street prevented skiing in. The shuttle bus system more than made up for this deficiency and made it quite simple to get to the mountain."

"This was a fantastic place to stay. Well stocked and well designed. It was perfect for two families of four. We took the shuttle everywhere and loved that it stopped at our doorstep, especially with young kids in ski boots. The place was clean and had a great amount of seating as well."

"This location and the home is perfect for families with kids. You can easily walk into the shops and restaurants in Beaver Creek. Ski-in/ski-out was ok as there was very little slope to the trail behind the home. We typically just walked to the lift as it was very close. Overall, we loved the home and will plan to return."

"Nice set up. The side porch door would not open. We had it open then would not reopen. Both decks were very dirty and in disorder. Had to clean them just to sit outside. Could use some more basics in kitchen like spice rack, foil, cooking oil, sponges to clean pots and pans. . There is not enough lights in bedrooms. Bedrooms need a chair in them. Just ruining mattress without a chair in there. Some bathrooms had loose fixtures, toilet paper holder, facet handles loose. Not enough Wash cloths."

"when you first drive up to the property, you may think this place is small. But when you get into the unit you realize it's HUGE! More than adequate for our party of 9. We had everything we needed and more."
