This holiday home is situated on a secure, fenced property in a quiet part of the resort, 650 meters from the seaside beach. The town center, with its many attractions, cafes, and restaurants, is just a few steps away.

This comfortable and well-equipped three-story house features three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms (each with a shower). On the first floor, there's a spacious living room with a large dining table, sofa, and TV. There's also a fireplace (wood is available from the host) and access to the balcony. On the same floor, there's a kitchen and another bathroom with a shower. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub (including a washing machine). Central heating is available (on request, at an additional cost). Wireless internet is available.

The fenced property is for guests' exclusive use, along with garden furniture and barbecue facilities (there's a gazebo). Secure parking and a small playground are provided.

The price includes: water and electricity, internet, parking, and a high chair. Ustronie Morskie is located in Western Pomerania, 10 km east of Kołobrzeg. A sandy, clean beach, a promenade pier, a seaside atmosphere, and a picturesque cliff are the advantages of this resort. Ustronie Morskie is a well-known and popular holiday destination on the Polish coast, hosting numerous cultural and sporting events. Active visitors, in addition to sunbathing and swimming, can enjoy hiking, cycling, horseback riding, and scenic flights. The water in this region is among the cleanest on the Polish coast. Swimming enthusiasts are invited to the Helios Aquapark (indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hydromassage, and whirlpool). This sports complex also offers a bowling alley, tennis courts, and sports fields. The Aquapark is just 200 meters from the resort.
