Not really what you want when you check into a hotel. Once I finally got hold of a staff member in the property, they were actually very accommodating and gave me an upgrade. All in all, not bad, but I wouldn't stay again given the relative high price and the possibility of having another 'online' disappointment. The public area was beautiful and well-appointed, but I could not help but get the feeling that the owners invested in that instead of their staff. This business model puts all of the onus to solve problems on the guest - not what I want to pay for. "

"The hotel is in a great location with plenty of parking space. Our room was cleaned every day, and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the breakfast staff were quite miserable and made us feel uncomfortable while we were helping ourselves, even though breakfast was included in our stay."
