Great experience, beautiful views from the room. Got all transportation and tours organised really easily by the hotel. Breakfast (incluced) and dinner (extra) were delicious and we felt at home.

Our stay was only for 1 night whilst traveling through but wished we could stay for longer. Beautiful hotel, stunning room lovely and warm. Breakfast was simple but so good, lots of choices which were all delicious. Loved the cooked to order cheese omelet. Will definitely be back.

The hotel had exceptional views...probably the best ftom all the surrounding hotels. The customer relations staff were amazing...attention to detail and nothing was a bother. Highly recommend this to all.

Without doubt the most whimsical hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and possibly the best overall. Just a wonderful quaint hotel that encapsulates its surroundings and history.

Good location..very short walk to town centre.. Excellent helpful and kind staff.. Exclusive family room with two interconnected rooms and 2 shower rooms is very convenient for families. Very good breakfast with fresh items and wonderful ballon viewing on top. Happy to return.

Wow what a magical stay! Absolutely beautiful hotel with stunning views! Couldn’t think of a better place to spend my birthday! Can’t wait to return!

We absolutely loved this property and very much enjoyed seeing the hot air balloons from the hotel practically every morning. There was a few hour-long power cut due to an electrical issue but the staff offered us free drinks and a free complimentary meal. Waiting in the lobby/pool area for this duration was fine. I would recommend staying here. The reception staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The food in the hotel was amqzing. Prices too were best. İts a little off the main tourist hub. nevertheless peaceful and enjoyable

Very modern posh hotel, tastefully kitted out with staff in beige and white uniforms: all as you'd expect in these sorts of hotels. Very close to the main road (thus very easy to drive to). I had a room overlooking the pool so no noise problem for me. Room was nice and large, had a fridge to chill your beer, good AC and bed. Shower was great, lots of towels, smellies etc etc. Well equipped. Wi fi was a bit problematic at times. Gym is decent (weight machine, decent free weights, own AC unit...

My friend and I stayed in a cave room - the room was large and had enough space. The best part of the hotel was the amazing breakfast and the view from the terrace (absolutely worth staying here just for the view!). However, the service was a bit hit or miss and there wasn't always someone available if I needed something. For instance, when checking out there wasn't anybody around and it took a long time to find someone. The door handle on the room was also completely broken meaning that often...

Rooms are well maintained and hygiene, hospitality of the staff was very good and very helpful transport to airport and local markets, break fast was very good. Highly recommended especially for couples 😀

Very well presented boutique hotel with modernised cave rooms, with working on request wood fireplace. The hotel has good facilities with a great spa and top restaurant. Good views from the various terraces. Breakfast was excellent also. Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. We had a fabulous stay and would definitely visit again.
