Not only the hotel itself is elegant, interesting and comfortable, the staff is also super friendly and helpful, especially the manager Murat. He is knowledgeable, responsive and super helpful. Vulcan at the front desk was so helpful with recommendations, suggesting activities each day, and pointing me in the right direction. The manager arranged a balloon tour at the last minute. He also offered suggestions at the restaurant for a menu item that I would enjoy and it indeed was absolutely delicious. The breakfast was a true Turkish breakfast with more food than one can possibly eat. My room was a real cave room, and the location of the hotel provided a spectacular view from the outside terraces. The sauna and pool were very refreshing. I was traveling alone as an older, single woman, and appreciated the respect and service provided.
