We loved then hotel, the location and especially our hostess Esra. If you have mobility issues you may want to choose a different location(unless you are driving) because it's a bit of a walk up hill on uneven ground to get to town.

ギョレメのバス停や空港などと離れていて、タクシーで移動するほかないので不便ではあります。しかし、スタッフの方が私たちに寄り添って対応してくださいました。エクスペディアに書いてあるギョレメ公園まで徒歩１分や、送迎ありなどの情報は間違えています。送迎はスタッフが少ないためほとんどの場合難しいようで、代わりにタクシーを呼んでもらうことになりました。夜行バスまで過ごせる場所がなく困っていることを伝えると、部屋を夜まで使っていいと言ってくださったり安心感のもてる対応でした。洞窟ホテルなので天井から砂が落ちてきたり、独特な匂いがするので気になる方もいるかもしれませんが、床暖房も効いていて私にとっては快適でした。
