It was supposed to be breakfast included and coffee was not available because the machine was broken. They ran our by 6:30 and breakfast is until 10am. No solutions or vouchers for guest to get much needed coffee. I really needed the cup of Joe I had a long drive ahead and ended up spending extra for coffee and breakfast before leaving San Antonio 😲. How does management not factor spring break guest?"
