"The house is beautiful, very clean and well provisioned. We very much enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that there are about 40 stairs from the parking area to the front door, which was a bit tricky for my bad back and my daughter’s sore hip. So you should be in decent physical health for that. Otherwise it was a fabulous getaway, very relaxing."

"We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful cottage. Amazing time spent with friends, and we were able to bring our 2 dogs which made the weekend extra special. The location was fantastic! We got delicious pizza from the coffee shop down the street, and it was only a short drive into Renfrew to pickup a few things we forgot. The house was well stocked with all of the amenities you need, and was great for entertaining. Looking forward to going back some day."

"We had a great stay here! Lots of room, well stocked with everything we could need. Private location but close to calabogie ski hill in winter and some great roads for motorcycles in summer! Trails to walk the dog outside and a cozy wood stove inside. Very responsive host. Thank you, it was hard to leave"

"Stayed with my boyfriend for 5 nights and our stay was absolutely perfect! Everything about the property was gorgeous, the owners were great and prompt with replying. Close to town, which had a ton of stores to choose from. Will definitely be booking again next time we’re in the area!"

"The owner is EXTREMELY responsive, which is a huge positive as apposed to other cottage owners. The property is located steps (probably not more than 5) from the water. Amazing sunrise and sun set. The cottage is equipped with everything as specified in the ad. It is a lot more spacious than photos show. There are groceries near by, cell service and wifi signal is great. I would definitely re-book when it’s hotter outside as the lake was frozen for winter."
