Surrounding area is a little dicy at night but excellent police presence added to safety. Ottawa also has a program called block patrol where volunteers sweep the streets every day to clean up hazards. Pretty cool! "

"The location was great! Convenient for us to visit the Museum of Nature and the Rideau Mall, etc. We stayed on a Friday and a Saturday night. There was partying in other rooms. Had to sleep with airplugs. The shower contained two shower gels and one conditioner, no shampoo. A few minor issues. "
