"It was our first time staying with double tree and we will definitely be returning! The hotel was clean and comfortable, the pool was lovely, the breakfast was really nice and in a beautiful setting too! It's just a bit unfortunate that it can be uncomfortable walking outside, there are some fairly sketchy individuals around the hotel and near byward market and it made our children a bit uneasy, but the hotel felt very safe. I especially liked that you needed a key to get to any floor. We look forward to coming back! "

"The Bell staff and shift manager were really responsive and helpful when we arrived with a large truck. They were kind enough to let us know when a spot was available, even though we ultimately decided to stay in the off-site parking lot. Thank you for your attentiveness!"
