As a full time world traveller staying in many hotels around the world, this has everything! Excellent location, a couple of minutes from harbour and train station in the middle of old town. Stunning rooms with high quality fittings and decor, everything in the right place too, like plug sockets and mirrors. The breakfast was beautifully presented and very tasty. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, it is fabulous. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A lovely property, with friendly welcoming staff. The buffet breakfast was wonderful, and the selection of cakes from the cafe was awesome.

A very beautiful and tranquil location, set in lovely grounds with a great swimming pool. Dinner was excellent. We did have a few problems with the WiFi disconnecting.

Excellent family run hotel

Set in beautiful, private gardens opening on to the lake, and very close to Konstanz old town. Large rooms newly fitted out to a very high standard and the pool is equally good. The staff were excellent - very welcoming. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel and great staff. However out of season and so restaurant not open. Local restaurant very unfriendly so that was disappointing

No cheap - but this is Switzerland after all. Good quality, modern hotel with good virws of the lake and balcony. Our personal problem was we cycled to it. We should have hired electric powered bikes!

Very nice hotel with good views of the lake. Pool was a nice touch for the kids. Breakfast was very good.

We found the Hotel Viva Sky to be well sited for sightseeing and travelling around by boat on the lake. It was a lovely place to stay, with themed room designs (we were in ‘Japan’), but with a rather quirky layout, which involved the use of two lifts and with the reception on the 8th floor. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was extremely good.

Charming hotel right and the Rhine. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and room with lovey balcony. Great for taking a swim in the Rhine followed by a drink on terrace.

Wir wurden mit einem grossen Lächeln und freundlichem Smalltalk begrüsst . Definitiv eines der haustierfreundlichsten Hotels, in denen wir je übernachtet haben. Lovely old hotel refurbished in a contemporary style within walking distance of new town but had to drive to the old town. Staff were very helpful with information and directions and the continental breakfast in the conservatory was perfect.

this is a gorgeous hotel ion the centre of town with tons of character. very friendly staff and the rooms are really nice, very comfortable with all you need. the restaurant is superb. the breakfast a nice highlight as well. loved it.
