The facility itself, while modernized inside, retains the charm of being a very old and classic structure. Parking was convenient and it was easy enough to unload luggage, then park about 100 meters away. Breakfast was terrific with hot meal options cooked to your desire. The suite overlooking the river was lovely. Newly renovated, spacious, including a small fridge. Beautiful historic hotel located right on the Rhine river and on the edge of the gorgeous old town of Stein am Rhine. The town was quaint and lovely. The room was modern and comfortable with amazing views of the river. Restaurants walkable. But the most amazing thing about this stay was the staff. So pleasant and kind. They came in special in the morning to make us breakfast and it was fantastic! I can’t wait to come back here. Watching the sun set over the river, painting the sky with stunning colors, while sipping a tea was the highlight of our trip! The suite was elegant, comfortable, and perfectly designed for relaxation. A special thank you to Rebekka for her outstanding service—she was warm, attentive, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect.
