The most amazing property, great room, clean & spacious. Great bed, slept like babies. The owners Linda & Andrea were fabulous. Warm welcoming & gave great advice for the area. We would definitely like to return if we visit the Southern Hemisphere again.

An excellent hidden gem that we could not recommend more highly. A fabulous location, super comfortable accommodation and very responsive owners who could not do more to make sure the stay is perfect. Thank you.

Very clean, staff super helpful and friendly

Lovely house, room and breakfast! Best sleep ever.

Room well stocked. Staff really helpful. Restaurant top class

Beautiful room- clean very spacious everything one could need!

Room spotless and spacious. Friendly staff.

Great welcome from Richard to this beautiful old home. Our room was huge with a very comfy bed a great quality linen. Handy for town but steep coming back!

The room was great in a lovely looking hotel in a great location. James the owner/manager was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and we appreciated it very much. He gave us excellent recommendations for dinner and breakfast. Thoroughly recommend

The only disappointing thing was the pool and hot tub both were open yet the water was filthy- brown water with a green rim. Otherwise extremely clean and today. The young lady working the bar, was an absolute hard working individual and nothing was too much trouble. Very welcoming. Thank you

Our stay was excellent. Right from check in until check out. We booked parking which was easy to find and easy to get your cases into the hotel. The room was a bit dated but it was immaculately clean, was a lovely size and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bar area was good and all the staff friendly. They had a happy hour between 5 and 6.30 where wine, beer and spirits were €8each. Ideal after a hard day exploring the lovely town of Launceston. We didn't eat at the hotel so...

Lovely spacious room. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Clean rooms & decent size to move around in. Close to cbd & plenty of options available on foot.

After a week touring NW Tasmania this was an obvious choice for a laundry stop. The only snag was the lack of washing machine instructions but plenty of liquid. The apartment was on two floors - bedroom & bathroom upstairs. The kitchen was fully equipped with a dining table and lounge with TV. An outdoor patio area with chairs. The parking space was ample with a lift to the rooms from the car park. Well let cated in downtown Launceston.

Conveniently situated. Decor dated and cluttered. Bathroom needed a really good clean.
