Rooms were reasonable and the staff were friendly. Poor communication as there was no advice that the rooms would not be cleaned on a Sunday and we had no dry clean towels. The fridge didn’t work but the maintenance man did a speedy response to change it. We used the laundry and washed all our clothing but all the dryers were broken in both resorts and we had to go to an external laundry to dry our clothing which took most of the morning. We suggested they put out of order signage on the doors but this never occurred. Friendly staff, comfy bed and cute, compact 1 bed apartment. The guys on the top zipline and cliff jump, and the little Captain of the ship girl/lady 😊 were fun and good with my little boy. \*A lift at either end of the building would be the icing on the cake. I'd be happy if it only allowed me to ride it up, not down.
