Perfectly positioned just minutes from the CBD, this freshly renovated two-bedroom townhouse offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience.  
  
The main living area is bright and welcoming, with a modern kitchen, dining, and lounge space to relax in after a day of exploring.   
  
Upstairs, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms — the master with a luxurious king bed and the second with a comfy queen — along with a modern bathroom.  
  
Whether you’re visiting for work, a weekend getaway, or an extended stay, this property is complete with everything you will need for your stay in Launceston.   
  
Secure parking is also available.

No shoes inside please, no parties and no smoking. Additional fees apply for broken house rules  
  
If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this.  
  
A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition.  
  
Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50.  
  
If guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay.   
  
Stripe processing fee will be deducted if the guest requests a refund.
