"Staff was very kind. Carpet did have a few spots on floor and room had a slight odor when we entered (likely from AC unit), but all areas were clean and bathroom smelled good. We had a good stay."

"Just what was needed"

"This stay was ok. Upon arrival, around 6pm, it was dark. The unit is in the back yard, which is fine, but there were no lights on indicating that it was the correct location or welcoming me to go through a fence and see if I was in the right place. The access instructions posted were incorrect. The key was in a lock box on the door knob, not under the porch light as was indicated. There was no access code provided. The unit is clean enough. The kitchen is poorly provisioned with bowls and utensils. There was an issue with hot water. Actually the hot water ended up working fine but the hot water was on right hand side of all three fixtures. Initially I tried the kitchen sink, then the tub, and finally the bathroom sink… I didn’t even try the opposite/cold side because surely, not every fixture could be plumbed wrong… I reached out to the property owner. They said there would be someone out to fix it… ended up that the hot side was cold and cold side was hot… I feel like the property owner should have been able to tell me that over the phone.The property owner was polite and responsive. "

"The comfort and the playground in the back yard.all in all the comfort of the house was amazing. House was fully stocked and clean. I would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"Contact was never made with the host. Nice place to stay. Lighting in one of the master bedroom did not work but there was a lamp. I had to purchase tissue and utensils there was 3 forks"
