"First, we are hosts ourselves, so maybe we look at rentals a little bit differently. In our opinion the location is a bit sketchy, the house itself is an older home that has been renovated and in very good shape. We were a family of 9 getting together for a birthday and Christmas weekend. We decided to cook dinner at home and when we went to set the table there were only 4 forks yet the house sleeps 12. I messaged the owner about that and eventually after a few hours was asked to send a picture which I did. We never heard back about it. Just automated responses asking how our stay was going and to reach out if we had any problems. I again mentioned the forks but never heard back about it. Also there were no kitchen towels so we had to use the only hand towel in one of the bathrooms. The problem is that the rental is run by a company rather than an owner so all communication is automated responses. If you don’t care about actually communicating with a human, the neighborhood, how many forks are available and having to eat in shifts, and the fact that there are only a few available towels then this is the place for you. "

"Everything was great at this house! The space was inviting, comfortable and clean. Pet friendly places are sometimes harder to find for dogs over 25lbs, but this place was great for us. I appreciated the fenced in yard."

"Cute house in a quiet neighborhood, centrally located.Well appointed with everyrhing we needed ro geel at home. Recently updated appliances, furnace, A/C, washer and dryer.The hostwas amazing, friendly and informative. A !"

"The home is nestle on a very cute street in a quiet neighborhood. It's adorably decorated and has plenty of space to spread out. The property is pet friendly and while the backyard is "fenced" if your dog is clever it's really not hard to get out. As a side note, many people in the neighborhood walk their dogs off leash, so we had an unexpected front door guest a time or two throughout our stay. Not a problem, but surprising. The bathroom is petite, not a lot of counter space and there were some missing touches, like towel hooks or hooks for your leash, etc. The shower could've used a little bit more of thorough clean and the living room had some leftover cobwebs in the corners. Overall, the home was what we needed for our stay and is in a relatively central place with more than enough space for you and your pet and whatever gear you bring. The communication was amazing and I even left something at the home which was promptly found and returned. "
