"Perfect location on top of metro and close enough to shopping district and attractions. Staff were so warm and welcoming. And breakfast was great for westerners. Room was spacious for Japan but didn’t have a smart tv which was surprising. However we were out most of the time so not needed but just surprised for such a tech focussed country. "If you can stay here. Just do it. Closest hotel to universal studios Japan. 2-3 minutes from door to gate. We loved this place. Lawsons right down stairs. Restaurant all around the hotel. Train station 2 minutes walk from the hotel. It’s a little small for 2 adults and 2 small kids. But it was our fault not to get more beds. Staff was friendly too. "

"This elegant, classic style hotel is my favorite in Japan. It reminds me of a hotel in NewYork in the 1930’s. Wonderful staff, I will stay there when I come back to Osaka. The wonderful food court at Osaka station was fantastic. And really good rates."
